Happy Monday Stampers & Crafters! All this week I’m featuring the Cake Celebrations Bundle for my weekly Card Class Kit To Go! Today I created this pretty Cake Celebrations Birthday Card. I also incorporated the Blooms Impression Designer Series Paper that you can get starting January during Sale-a-bration!
Cake Celebrations Birthday Card Details
My card starts with Blackberry Bliss card stock. I layered a pattern of the Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper to a panel of Petunia Pop card stock. Then I die cut Basic White card stock with the 2nd largest Spotlight On Nature die. I also die cut Petunia Pop card stock with the Something Fancy Die. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Duck Pond Stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink.
Next I die cut Summer Splash 2024 – 2026 In Color Glimmer Paper with the Cake Stand Die. Then I stamped the flowers and leaves in Blackberry Bliss and Summer Splash Inks and die cut them with coordinating Cake Celebration Dies.
Next I stamped the cake layers in Petunia Pop Ink stamping off once for the lighter color. Then I stamped the frosting image in Petunia Pop over each of the layers. I stamped the candles in Blackberry Bliss Ink and stamped the flames in Daffodil Delight Ink.
I adhered the flowers with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to the front. Then I adhered the leaves and cake stand to the front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the circle to the layered panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then I adhered the sentiment with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the combined panel to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Lastly I adhered a few Purple Fine Shimmer Gems to the card!
