Stampin’ Up! Radiant Sunflowers Hello Friend Card

Today I’m sharing the second card in this week’s Card Class Kit To Go featuring the Radiant Sunflowers Bundle! For this design, I went with a warm color combination of Golden Glow, Mossy Meadow and Cajun Craze. I love how these colors give the sunflowers an early fall feel without making the card too dark or heavy. Check out my Radiant Sunflowers Hello Friend Card!

I started with a Golden Glow card stock base. Then, I embossed another panel of Golden Glow card stock with the Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel directly to the card base.

Next, I stamped the large floral image on Basic White card stock. I colored the flowers and leaves with Golden Glow, Mossy Meadow, Cajun Craze and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends. After coloring the image, I cut it out with the coordinating die from the Radiant Sunflowers Bundle.

For the sentiment, I stamped the greeting in Mossy Meadow Ink on Basic White card stock. Then, I adhered it to a panel of Mossy Meadow card stock. The darker layer adds just enough contrast against all that gorgeous Golden Glow. Next, I adhered the sentiment panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also added the floral image with Stampin’ Dimensionals for even more depth.

Of course, this card needed a little ribbon! I tied a bow with the Mossy Meadow & Very Vanilla Gingham Ribbon and adhered it to the front. Finally, you know I couldn’t finish without a little bling! I added a few 2026–2028 In Color Butterflies for the perfect finishing touch.
