Team Stamp It Thanksgiving Theme Blog Hop

Welcome to the Team Stamp It Thanksgiving Theme Blog Hop! I’m Ann Verillo from Auburn, NY and you are visiting my blog Stamp With Ann. One of my favorite holidays is Thanksgiving and the time we get to spend with family! Today my Thanksgiving Theme card is designed using the Natural Prints Wreath Die.

I couldn’t decide what colors to use so I created one card with Crushed Curry & Old Olive and the other card with Shaded Spruce & Pumpkin Pie. Both of these colors remind of Thanksgiving and fall foliage!

So to create the wreaths I used Sponge Daubers to create a background on a piece of Basic White card stock. I used Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadow and Crushed Curry for the first card. Then I used Pumpkin Pie, Shaded Spruce and Cajun Craze for the second card. Then I used the Natural Prints Wreath die to cut them out.

I embossed a piece of Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie cards stock with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder. Then I embossed two pieces Basic White card stock with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder. Next I adhered the wreaths with the Fine Tip Glue Pen to the Basic White panel. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments Stamp Set in Old Olive & Pumpkin Pie and cut them out using the Sentiment Silhouettes Dies.

I tied a bow with the Old Olive Twill Ribbon and then I colored the Sahara Sand Ribbon with the Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends and adhered them to the front with Mini Glue Dots! Don’t forget about a little “bling” – I adhered some 2021 – 2023 Opal Rounds to finish it off!

To finish it off I made some matching envelopes and stamped the images from the Nature’s Prints Stamp Set in corresponding colors!
