Stampin’ Up! Words & Wishes Thank You Card

Words & Wishes Thank You Card Details

My color palette for today’s project includes Pumpkin Pie, Granny Apple Green, and Basic White. The combination gives this card a fresh and energetic feel that really pops against the embossed background.

I started with a Granny Apple Green card stock base. Then I embossed a panel of Basic White card stock using the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front. The subtle texture adds just the right amount of detail without overpowering the bold Designer Series Paper patterns.

Next, I cut two coordinating patterns from the Brights Painted Patterns Designer Series Paper. I mounted them onto Granny Apple Green card stock mats. I adhered both panels to the card front to create a layered focal area.

For the centerpiece, I die cut Basic White card stock using the second largest Stylish Shapes Die. I adhered it to the front of the card. Then came the fun part! I die cut Pumpkin Pie card stock using the “bubble” word dies. Then I die cut Basic White card stock with thethe coordinating word dies. I layered them to the bubbles using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. These layered sentiments really make the card pop and create such a fun dimensional look.

To finish the card, I die cut Granny Apple Green card stock using the leaf dies. I layered them together and adhered with glue. I added a double bow using White Baker’s Twine. Then I finished everything off with a few 2025–2027 In Color Flat Pearls for that perfect touch of bling.

Inside Card Details

For the inside I added a strip of the Brights Painted Patterns DSP. Then I stamped the sentiment in Pumpkin Pie Ink to finish it off!
