Hi Everyone – hope you are having a fantastic week! Today I created a special Quiet Meadow Thank You Card with the Quiet Meadow Stamp Set and Meadows Dies from Stampin’ Up!
This card was actually very easy to make. See the directions below. The Meadow Dies are fun to work with and there are so many possibilities to create beautiful handmade cards.
Quiet Meadow Thank You Card Instructions
- Start with a Smoky Slate card stock cut to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
- Cut a piece of Basic White card stock to 5 1/4 x 4 and emboss with the Hive 3D Embossing Folder
- Layer with Multi Purpose Glue to the Smoky Slate card base
- Next use the Stem Meadow Dies and the Short Flower Die and cut out the pieces using Basic White card stock
- Color the stems with a Sponge Dauber using Pale Papaya ink lighlty
- Color the short flower with a Sponge Dauber using Pale Papaya ink darker
- Adhere the stems and flower to the front with Fine Tip Glue Pen
- Cut the label out using Pale Papaya card stock
- Stamp sentiment from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Basic Gray and adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Lastly adhere a bow using White Bakers Twin
- (I forgot to add my bling so be sure to add some special “bling” if you decide to make this card!)
For the inside I layered a piece of Basic White card stock and stamped with the flower from the Quiet Meadow Stamp Set.
Lastly I stamped the flowers in Basic Grey Ink on an envelope and finished the card off!
