I’m wrapping up this week’s Card Class To-Go with a little sass and a whole lot of fun! Today’s One More Year Fun Fold card features a clever fun fold that doubles as a gift card holder—perfect for adding a bit of humor and a little treat to your next birthday celebration. I CASEd this from Angie Juda from Chic n Scratch!

The base of the card is crafted from Calypso Coral card stock and layered with the warm, cozy patterns from the Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper. I used the Nested Essentials Dies to cut both a Calypso Coral and Basic White panel, creating the perfect frame for the star of the show—our sassy pup!

The dog image from the One More Year Stamp Set was stamped in Tuxedo Black Ink and brought to life using Stampin’ Blends in Crumb Cake, Ivory, Pretty In Pink, and Calypso Coral. The sentiment “You’re how old!? In dog years you’d be…” is stamped in Pebbled Path Ink, adding just the right amount of snark.

To embellish the card front, I added a double bow using Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine and a few Adhesive-Backed Pearl Trio dots for a soft, finished look.

Inside the card, I created a pocket to hold a gift card—because what’s better than a card that also delivers a little surprise? The inside sentiment, “At least you’re not as OLD as you’ll be NEXT YEAR,” is stamped in Calypso Coral Ink for a playful finish.
