Stampin’ Up! Good Luck Happy St. Patrick’s Day Card

Today I’m sharing the second card in this week’s Card Class Kit To Go featuring the Good Luck Stamp Set and the Reason To Celebrate Stamp Set from Stampin’ Up! This card has a bold St. Patrick’s Day theme with layered textures, lucky clovers, and rich green tones. Check out the details on my Good Luck Happy St. Patrick’s Day card.

Good Luck Happy St. Patrick’s Day Details

For this card, I used Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, and a soft splash of Cloud Cover.

I started with a Garden Green card stock base. I adhered a patterned panel of the Florals In Bloom Designer Series Paper to a layer of Basic White card stock, then mounted that onto the card base.

Next, I die cut Basic White and Garden Green card stock using the Nested Essentials Dies to create the layered focal panel. I also die cut Garden Green and Granny Apple Green card stock using the Pretty Floral Leaf Dies. These leaves add great texture and movement to the card and were adhered directly to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On Basic White card stock, I stamped the sentiment and four-leaf clover images using Garden Green Ink. I adhered the stamped piece to the Garden Green die cut, then popped the layered sentiment up on the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To add a custom touch, I colored Basic White Ribbon using the Granny Apple Green Light Stampin’ Blend. I tied a bow and secured it to the card with a Mini Glue Dot.

To finish the card, I added a few Shades of Green Hexagons for a bit of sparkle and dimension.

For the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Said Stamp Set in Garden Green Ink. I also added a strip of the Florals In Bloom DSP to tie the card together!
