Stampin’ Up! Good Luck Friendship Card

Happy Monday Stampers & Crafters. This week in my Weekly Card Class To Go I am featuring the Good Luck Stamp Set and the Reason To Celebrate Stamp Set. It’s all about creating a series of fun St. Patrick’s Day cards. Today I created this Good Luck Friendship card, check it out!

My first card uses a color palette of Garden Green, Darling Duckling, and Lemon Lime Twist.

I started with a Basic White card base. Next I embossed a panel of Two Tone Garden Green card stock using the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. After embossing, I lightly sanded the panel to allow the white core of the paper to show through. This adds texture and visual interest.

I mounted the embossed panel to Darling Duckling card stock. Next wrapped Gold Striped Ribbon around the panel and tied it in a simple knot. Then I adhered it to the card base.

Next, I stamped the four-leaf clovers on Basic White card stock using Garden Green and Lemon Lime Twist inks. I stamped the sentiment in Garden Green ink. Then adhered each stamped image onto Darling Duckling card stock.

I adhered all the elements to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. To finish the card, I added a few Shades of Green Hexagons for a touch of sparkle.
