Happy Thursday – I’m continuing to craft this week with the Garden Meadow Bundle (although secretly I still have Christmas Cards to make LOL)! Today I created this Garden Meadow Hello Card. I wanted to try to use the stamps & dies in the set and do a little scene!
Garden Meadow Hello Card Details
My card starts with Pecan Pie card stock. Next I layered a panel of Meandering Meadow Designer Series Paper to the front and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal.
Next I cut a panel of Pecan Pie to 2 3/8″ x 3 3/4″. Then I die cut a Pumpkin Pie card stock with the Deckled Rectangle Dies and adhered it to the Pecan Pie card stock with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the sentiment in Pecan Pie on the front of the panel.
Next I stamped all the images in Tuxedo Black Ink on to Basic White card stock. I colored them with the following Stampin’ Blends: Old Olive, Pecan Pie, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Smoky Slate, Starry Sky and Berry Burst. Then I used the corresponding dies to cut them out!
I adhered the flowers and fence to the panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered the watering pale and flower basket to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also added a little “bling” with the 2023-2025 In Color Dots. Finally I adhered the panel to the front of the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the inside I layered a panel of Very Vanilla card stock and stamped the sentiment in Pecan Pie Ink. I also added a strip of the Meandering Meadow DSP on the bottom.
To finish it all off I stamped the flowers on an envelope and colored them in with Berry Burst and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends!
