TGIF Stampers & Crafters! I’m finishing off this week with the Zany Zoo Bundle. Today I created the Zany Zoo Celebration Card i.e. Happy Birthday Card! Zany Zoo Celebration Card Details
Today I CASEd this card from the Annual Catalog on page 46 – but made some of my own modifications! My card base starts with Lemon Lime Twist card stock. Then I cut the Zoo Crew DSP to 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ and adhered it to the front with Stampin’ Seal. Next I cut another piece of DSP to 2″ x 4 1/4″.
Then I cut two pieces of the Ribbon Duo Combo Pack and wrapped it around the DSP. Next I die cut the label out in Basic White card stock using the Something Fancy Dies. I used my Blending Brush to apply some Pumpkin Pie ink to the center and stamped the musical notes in Tuxedo Black ink. Next I die cut the Turtle out of the Zoo Crew DSP and colored him in using Lemon Lime Twist and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends. I attached the turtle to the tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Then I punched a small hole in the tag using a hole punch and tied the ribbon to the attached ribbons. Lastly I stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black ink and used my Banners Pick a Punch to punch the end. I also adhered that to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Finished off the inside as well! Stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Ink & added some DSP.
