Happy Monday Stampers & Crafters! I hope you enjoyed your weekend and maybe did some Black Friday shopping!!! This week I’m highlighting the Year To Celebrate stamp set which is currently on sale for $11.40! Don’t you love sales – I do! I created this Year To Celebrate Birthday Card and I love all the fun party popper images!
Year To Celebrate Birthday Card Details
Today I created this Year To Celebrate Birthday Card and I love all the fun party popper images!
My card starts with Azure Afternoon card stock. Then I matted a panel of Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper to a panel of Lemon Lime Twist card stock. I adhered that to the front with Stampin’ Seal. Next I embossed a panel of Basic White card stock with the Strips and Splatters 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered that to a panel of Berry Burst card stock.
Then I die cut the circles out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I stamped the sentiment in Berry Burst Ink. I adhered some Sweet Sorbet Metallic ribbon behind the Basic White circle and frayed the ends. Then on a scrap of Basic White card stock I stamped the popper in Berry Burst Ink and I stamped the end in the same ink but stamping off once. I fussy cut the image out and adhered both to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the inside I matted a panel of Basic White card stock and stamped the sentiment and image in Azure Afternoon Ink!
To finish it off I did make a matching envelope using the same Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper!
