I’m excited to share the second card in my Thankful Garden Weekly Card Class To-Go Kit. I created this Thankful Garden Greeting Card and I show how to use the Thankful Garden Decorative Masks in the video below!
This design features a rich color palette of Berry Burst, Basic Black, Lemon Lime Twist, and Granny Apple Green, creating a bold yet elegant look.
For the background, I embossed a panel of Berry Burst cardstock with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder, adding beautiful texture and dimension. To complement the focal point, I layered a piece of Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper onto Basic Black cardstock, creating a striking contrast.
The centerpiece of the card is a stunning hydrangea bloom. I stamped in Tuxedo Black Ink. Then I colored it in with the Decorative Masks using my Blending Brushes with Petunia Pop, Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green. I also stamped the center of the flowers with the small dot stamp in Tuxedo Black Ink.
I die cut Basic White card stock with the Textured Note Dies and stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Ink. A delicate Bakers Twine Black double bow adds a finishing touch, enhancing the elegance of the card. Plus I added a few Tinsel Gems in Lemon Lime Twist.
