Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! All this week I’m crafting and creating with the Sending Love Bundle. Today I created this Sending Love Friend Card. I love pairing these colors together – Azure Afternoon with Granny Apple Green and a splash of Poppy Parade. It really makes this card “pop”!
My card starts with Azure Afternoon card stock. Next I embossed a panel of Granny Apple Green card stock with the Basics 3D Embossing Folder.
Then I matted a pattern of the Bright and Beautiful Designer Series Paper to a panel of Basic White card stock. Next I die cut the grass out in Granny Apple Green using the corresponding Sending Love Dies. I also die cut the hearts out in Poppy Parade card stock with same dies.
I stamped the mailbox in Tuxedo Black Ink on a a Basic White card stock. Then I used the following Stampin’ Blends to color it in: Crumb Cake, Azure Afternoon and Poppy Parade. I did use color lifter to add some additional shading and dimension. Then I stamped the sentiment on Poppy Parade card stock in Azure Afternoon Ink.
Next I adhered the mailbox to the front with Stampin’ Seal. Then I adhered the grass with Multipurpose Glue. I adhered some of the hearts with Stampin’ Dimensionals and some with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I attached the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Of course you can’t forget a little “bling” – I used the Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins.
