Happy Valentine’s season, friends! I’m so excited to share my 2nd card for this week’s Card Class Kit To Go using the Hearts of Elegance Bundle from Stampin’ Up! I created this sweet and stylish Hearts of Elegance Love You card which has everything you need to make someone’s day extra special.
The color palette is a standout:
– Flirty Flamingo for a soft and romantic touch
– Melon Mambo for a bold pop of pink
– A splash of Coastal Cabana to bring a fresh and modern twist
The background features Flirty Flamingo Brights Designer Series Paper with subtle white stripes, giving the card a light and airy vibe. I layered several die-cut elements, including:
- A delicate gold heart embossed using Gold Foil Sheets which adds texture for a touch of elegance
- A bright Coastal Cabana heart for a playful pop of color
- A Melon Mambo floral die cut, which adds dimension and detail
The sentiment is stamped in Flirty Flamingo Ink on a hexagon label which I die cut using the Sentimental Park Dies. “Love You” is a simple yet heartfelt message, perfect for Valentine’s Day or any day you want to spread love.
To finish the card, I added Gold Trim and a few Adhesive Backed Heart Sequins to tie everything together. The sparkle and shine take the design to the next level!
For the inside I stamped the sentiment in Flirty Flamingo Ink and the heart in Melon Mambo keeping in line with the color combo!
