TGIF! I’m finishing off this week with my Designer Tags Happy Birthday Card! I had such fun crafting this week with the Designer Tags Dies from Stampin’ Up! These are such versatile dies too! I’m sure you will enjoy crafting and creating with Designer Tags Dies as much as I have!
Designer Tags Happy Birthday Card Details
I started with a Basic Black card base cut to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4. Then I cut a piece of Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper to 5 1/4 x 4 and adhered it to the card base with Stampin’ Seal. I used the Designer Tags Dies to cut out the Basic Black Base and Real Red Insert and adhered the Real Red with Mini Glue Dots. Then I took the larger Designer Tags Die and the Rose Die and cut them out of Basic Black Card Stock. Next I cut the larger Designer Tags Die out of just Real Red Card Stock and adhered the Black Tag with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and adhered both tag dies with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Lastly I cut out the White Tag and stamped the sentiment from the Soft Seedlings Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink and adhered it with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional. I cut the Butterfly out of a Real Red scrap and also adhered it with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional. Then I added a little “bling” Classic Matte Dots and Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels!
For the inside I layered a piece of Basic White Card Stock cut to 5 1/4 x 4 and stamped the image from the Nature’s Prints Stamp Set in Real Red Ink. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink.
