Stampin’ Up! Brushed With Beauty Friend Card

Today I’m excited to share the first card in this week’s Card Class To Go, featuring the Brushed With Beauty Suite from Stampin’ Up. This suite offers soft florals, textured elements, and beautiful coordinating dies that help bring depth and dimension to your handmade cards. Card Details

My color palette for today’s project includes Darling Duckling, Mossy Meadow, Petal Pink, and a splash of Lost Lagoon. These colors come together beautifully to create a soft, elegant floral design.

The card begins with a Darling Duckling card base. I embossed a coordinating strip of Darling Duckling cardstock using the Beautiful Pattern 3D Embossing Folder for added texture. Next, I paired this with a strip of the Brushed With Beauty Designer Series Paper and adhered both pieces to a panel of Mossy Meadow cardstock.

I used the Petals of Beauty Dies to cut leaves in Mossy Meadow and Lost Lagoon cardstock. The large flower was stamped in Petal Pink and the smaller floral images were stamped in Darling Duckling and Early Espresso ink. Note: stamp off once to get lighter color for inside flowers. After die cutting the images, I layered and arranged the florals on the card front, using Stampin’ Dimensionals to add dimension and depth.

The sentiment comes from the Words of Beauty stamp set, stamped in Lost Lagoon ink and popped up with Dimensionals. To finish the card, I added a double Linen Thread bow and several Pearls of Beauty for a soft touch of elegance.

For the inside I added a strip of the same DSP and stamped the sentiment in Lost Lagoon! I hope you liked my Brushed With Beauty Friend Card!
