Stampin’ Up! A Little Cheer Christmas Card

If you love simple layouts that pack a festive punch, today’s card will make your crafty heart happy! For my second card in this week’s Card Class Kit To Go, I created a cheerful and classic Christmas design featuring the A Little Cheer Bundle and the Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper. My color palette includes Old Olive, Real Red, and Secret Sea—perfect for capturing that cozy holiday spirit. The card starts with a base of Old Olive cardstock. I layered a pattern of the Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper on the front for a bright background.

Using my punches, I selected different designs from the same DSP to pop up on the adorable little squares. Each punched piece is mounted onto layers of Old Olive and White cardstock, giving them a clean framed look that really pops against the red panel.

The sentiment is stamped in Real Red for a classic holiday touch, and I added a Mossy Meadow and Gold Trim ribbon for extra sparkle and texture. A few Traditional Sparkling Sequins scattered around the card finish it off beautifully, catching the light for just the right amount of shine.

For the inside I kept it simple with just a strip of the DSP and the stamped sentiment in Real Red Ink.

This card is quick to make and so easy to adapt for mass production—perfect for your holiday cardmaking sessions. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting out, this design is a fun and festive way to spread a little cheer this Christmas season.
