Welcome to the Stamp It Group Valentine’s Day Blog Hop! I’m Ann Verillo from Auburn, New York and you are visiting my blog Stamp With Ann! Valentine’s Day is such a “lovely” holiday! Every year my friends and I have a tradition of getting together to celebrate “Galentine’s Day,” it’s such a special time to gather and share laughs together! Today I made this card to give to one of my dear friends. I’ve featured the Hearts of Elegance Bundle for this card.

My card starts with Real Red card stock. I matted a pattern of the Marbled Elegance Designer Series Paper to a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I adhered that to the card base.

Next I die cut a few of the different hearts out in Basic White, Melon Mambo, Gold Foil & Brushed Gold Foil with the Hearts of Elegance Dies. I stamped the sentiment in Real Red Ink on the Basic White Heart. Then I embossed both the White and Melon Mambo hearts with the So Swirly Embossing Folder. I love how it adds some swirls kind of matching the DSP!

Next I adhered all the hearts to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then I tied a double bow with the Gold Twisted Thread and adhered it to the front with a Mini Glue Dot. Lastly I added a few Adhesive-Backed Heart Sequins to the front of the card.

Real Red – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Basic White – 4 1/8 x 5 3/8, 4 x 5 1/4 (inside panel), 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 (for die cutting heart)
Gold Foil – 1 1/2 x 1 1/2
Brushed Gold Foil – 1 3/4 x 1 3/4
Melon Mambo – 1 1/2 x 2 1/4
