Stamp It Group Fall Blog Hop

Hello & Welcome to our Stamp It Group Fall Blog Hop! I’m Ann Verillo from Auburn, New York and you are visiting my blog Stamp With Ann. One of my favorite seasons is Fall – I just love when all the leaves change colors and the weather becomes cool and crisp! And I even like sweater weather lol! Today I created this Changing Leaves Grateful Heart Card using the Changing Leaves Bundle! I know it’s out of stock but it will be available on September 2nd!

My card starts with Very Vanilla card base. I embossed a panel of Very Vanilla card stock with the Changing Leaves Hybrid Embossing Folder. Next I roughed up the edges of the panel using my bone folder.

Then I flicked some ink on the panel using the Cajun Craze, Old Olive and Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blends. I die cut the tag from the Changing Leaves Dies and stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink.

Next I die cut all the leaves out in Old Olive, Wild Wheat and Cajun Craze card stock. Then I stamped the leaf in Cajun Craze Ink on Very Vanilla card stock and die cut it with corresponding die. I curled the leafs with my bone folder and then adhered them all together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish off the front I adhered the sentiment to with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then I added a double Linen Thread Bow and you can’t forget a little “bling”. I added a few Clear Opal Rounds Assortment Dots. And of course don’t forget your matching envelope!

For the inside I adhered another die cut leaf and stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink!

Very Vanilla Card Base 4 1/4 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Very Vanilla: Embossed Layer – 4 x 5 1/4, 1 x 3 1/4 for tag
Old Olive Card Stock 4 x 5 for embossing large leaf
Scraps: Very Vanilla, Wild Wheat & Cajun Craze for leaves
