I’m on a roll this week with the Hello Ladybug stamp set from Stampin’ Up. Today’s card is a Hello Ladybug Birthday Wishes card. I love the red and yellow combination together!
My card base is Real Red card stock, I then layered it with Basic Black card stock. Next I used the Hive embossing folder to emboss a layer of Daffodil Delight card stock. Then I used the Layering Circle Dies to die cut the circles out!
I stamped the images on the large circle in Daffodil Delight and Real Red. For the ladybug I used the Stamparatus to stamp the image in Tuxedo Black ink, this way I could stamp a few times to get the rich black image, and then I stamped the wings in Real Red. I used the Ladybug Builder Punch to punch them out and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Lastly I stamped the sentiment in Real Red and layered to the Black Circle Die cut and adhered to the front with Stampin’ Dimenionals.
To finish off the front I just had to add some bling using the Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels!!! I love my bling.
For the inside I layered a piece of Whisper White card stock and stamped the image in Black Tuxedo and Real Red ink using the Stamparatus. Lastly I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments stamp set in Real Read and tada all done!!!
