I’m loving the Fitted Florets Collection from Stampin’ UP! Today’s card is the Fitting Florets Peace & Joy Christmas Card. I wanted to create something on the more elegant and simplistic side!
Fitting Florets Peace & Joy Details
I started with a card base in Very Vanilla and I layered a piece of Very Vanilla which I embossed using the Quatrefoil Tile Embossing Folder on top.
Then I used the Framed Floret Dies to cut out the frame and leaves in Gold Foil sheets. I adhered those elements to the front of the card with the Fine Tip Glue Pen. Next I cut out the center of the frame in Very Vanilla card stock and stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink and embossed it with Gold Embossing Powder. I adhered that to the center of the frame with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Lastly I added some “bling” using the Gold Adhesive Backed Swirls to the front of the card.
For the inside I adhered two of the leaves from the Framed Floret Dies to the inside with the Fine Tip Glue Pen and stamped the sentiment in Crumb Cake Ink!
