Stampin’ Up! Garden Gatherings Thanks Card

Happy Tuesday Stampers & Crafters! I’m getting back into the groove again after my long weekend trip to see a Yankee Game! Today I created this Garden Gatherings Thanks card featuring the Garden Gatherings Bundle. There’s something so calming about soft florals and delicate details, and today’s card is exactly that. Card #2 from this week’s Card Class Kit To Go combines beautiful textures, subtle color, and elegant floral images to create a handmade card that’s perfect for sharing a heartfelt thank you.

Garden Gatherings Thanks Card Details

The soft Barely Blush color palette paired with the 2026–2028 In Color Gingham Gallery Designer Series Paper creates a fresh, timeless backdrop. I wanted the embossed vases to become the focal point, so I tried something a little different by adding a light coat of Barely Blush Shimmer Pen after embossing and die cutting them. It was a fun technique to experiment with and added a gentle pearlescent finish to the textured vases.

I have to give credit to my talented friend and fellow demonstrator, Patti Dolan of P.S. Papercrafts, for inspiring the embossed vase idea. I loved the look and couldn’t wait to put my own spin on it! You can check her cards HERE!

The floral arrangements were stamped in Garden Green and Fresh Freesia, then paired with additional die-cut leaves and a delicate Fresh Freesia flower for added dimension. The “Thanks a Million” greeting from the Banner Sayings Stamp Set finishes the design perfectly and is popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals for extra interest.

A Fresh Freesia Satin Ribbon bow adds a soft, elegant touch, while the 2026–2028 In Color Butterflies provide just the right amount of sparkle to complete the card.
