Stampin’ Up! Sunset Coast Anniversary Card

Happy Wednesday Stampers & Crafters! Today’s final card for this week’s Card Class Kit To Go features the beautiful Sunset Coast Bundle paired with the stunning Scenic Coast Designer Series Paper. This card combines rich coastal colors with layered die cuts to create a striking ocean-inspired card. Check out this beautiful Sunset Coast Anniversary Card!

Sunset Coast Anniversary Card Details

I started with a Crushed Curry card base and layered additional Crushed Curry and Gorgeous Grape cardstock to create a bold foundation. Next, I added a gorgeous pattern from the Scenic Coast Designer Series Paper, matted with Gorgeous Grape cardstock for extra contrast.

The focal point was created by die cutting Gorgeous Grape cardstock with the sailboat die from the Sunset Coast Bundle. Behind the die cut, I added another piece of Scenic Coast Designer Series Paper to showcase the beautiful ocean scene through the opening.

To enhance the coastal theme, I die cut shells from Crushed Curry and Strawberry Slush cardstock. I also created the netting element by blending Crushed Curry and Strawberry Slush ink onto Basic White cardstock before die cutting it with the coordinating netting die. These layered elements add texture and dimension while drawing the eye across the card front.

The sentiment was stamped in Gorgeous Grape Ink onto a strip of Strawberry Slush-patterned Scenic Coast Designer Series Paper and popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals for added depth. Finally, I embellished the card with a few Sunset Sparkle Sequins for the perfect finishing touch.

The Sunset Coast Bundle and Scenic Coast Designer Series Paper make it easy to create beautiful seaside cards with depth, texture, and vibrant color. This project is a wonderful example of how designer paper can do much of the artistic work while coordinating dies add stunning detail.
