Hello Stampers & Crafters! Bring on the sunshine and beachy vibes! For the final card in this week’s Card Class Kit To Go, I created a bright and cheerful design featuring the Splash & Relax Bundle and the gorgeous Beautiful Ordinary Designer Series Paper. With soft summer stripes, a playful visor focal point, and a pop of Strawberry Slush, this card feels like the perfect sunny-day greeting. Check out my Splash & Relax Sunshine Card!

Splash & Relax Sunshine Card Details

The card begins with a Lost Lagoon card base. I layered a colorful striped pattern from the Beautiful Ordinary Designer Series Paper to Daffodil Delight card stock. Then I adhered it to the card base.

Next, I die cut Daffodil Delight and Basic White cardstock using the Stylish Shapes Dies. The sentiment, “Hello Sunshine,” was stamped in Strawberry Slush Ink onto the Basic White square before layering it onto the Daffodil Delight mat.

For the focal image, I die cut the visor pieces from Strawberry Slush and Daffodil Delight cardstock using the coordinating Splash & Relax dies. After assembling the visor, I popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals to add depth and dimension to the design.

To finish the card, I added a sweet Strawberry Slush Faux Linen Bow and a few 2025–2027 In Color Flat Pearls for just the right amount of sparkle and shine.

For the inside I added a strip of the Designer Series Paper. Then I stamped the sentiment in Strawberry Slush Ink for the perfect summer greeting card!

This card is a wonderful reminder that handmade cards don’t have to be complicated to make a big impact. Bright colors, fun die cuts, and a cheerful sentiment come together for a design that is sure to make someone smile.
