Stampin’ Up! Arched Wishes Birthday Card

I’m excited to share the first card in this week’s Card Class Kit To Go, featuring the cheerful Arched Wishes Stamp Set from Stampin’ Up! This set is filled with fun birthday elements that make it easy to create festive and celebratory cards for all ages. Today I created this Arched Wishes Birthday Card!

For this card, I started with a bold Poppy Parade card base. I layered it with a piece of Brights Designer Series Paper on Basic White cardstock. This bright background instantly sets the tone for a playful and energetic birthday card.

I then used the Everyday Arches Dies to cut an arched panel from Basic White cardstock. In the center, I stamped the adorable cupcake image. I brought it to life withStampin’ Blends in Poppy Parade, Pool Party, andDaffodil Delight. To add extra whimsy, I stamped the confetti image around the cupcake with Pool Party Ink.

I stamped the sentiment in Poppy Parade Ink, perfectly arched to complement the shape of the die cut. I popped up the arched panel on the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then finished it with a few Iridescent Adhesive-Backed Discs for a touch of sparkle. As a final detail, I tied a Lost Lagoon Soft Cording bow and adhered it to the front.

For the inside I stamped the sentiment in Poppy Parade Ink and added a bit of the same Brights DSP to finish it off!
