I love Spring especially after the long winters we get in Central New York! Seeing all the flowers start to bloom and knowing Easter is just around the corner makes me smile! My project today features the Storybook Friends Bundle!
My card starts with Boho Blue card stock. I matted a pattern of Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper to Old Olive card stock.
Next I embossed a panel of Basic Beige card stock with the Starstruck Embossing Folder. I adhered that to a panel of Boho Blue card stock. Then I die cut Old Olive card stock with a Storybook Friends frame die. I adhered the frame to the embossed panel. Next I die cut Boho Blue and Old Olive card stock with flower and leaves dies from the Country Birdhouse Dies. Then I die cut Basic Beige card stock with the Unbound Love label die and stamped the sentiment in Boho Blue Ink.
I used two of the die cuts from the Storybook Moments Designer Series Paper and adhered them inside the frame with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals. Next I adhered the leaves with Multipurpose Glue. Then I adhered the flowers with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. To finish off the front I added a few Antique Pearls to the center of the flowers. I also added a double bow with Linen Thread.
For the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Beach Day Stamp Set in Boho Blue Ink and added a strip of the Timeless Plaid DSP.
