Stamp It Group Autumn Blog Hop

Hello friends and welcome to the Stamp It Group Autumn Blog Hop. I’m Ann Verillo from Auburn, New York and you are visiting my blog Stamp With Ann. Today I am sharing one of my favorite bundles, More Than Autumn. It’s the perfect set for cozy fall cards filled with warm drinks, pumpkins, and seasonal colors. My project features a mix of Misty Moonlight, Old Olive, Pecan Pie, and Pumpkin Pie.

More Than Autumn Card Details

My card starts with a Misty Moonlight card base. To create extra texture I embossed a Misty Moonlight panel with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the base. Next, I added a layer of Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper matted to Old Olive cardstock for a pop of color.

For the focal point, I die cut Old Olive cardstock with one of the Charming Day leaf dies. Then I cut Crumb Cake cardstock using the second largest Stylish Shapes Die. Then I stamped the sentiments in Pecan Pie Ink.

The fun part is the coffee theme! I stamped the cup, whipped cream, straw, and pumpkins in Tuxedo Black Ink. Then I colored the images with Stampin’ Blends in Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, Petal Pink, and Gray Granite. Next I die cut Pecan Pie with the “Latte” die. After die cutting all the images, I layered them onto the Crumb Cake circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The leaves were tucked behind the circle with liquid glue.

To finish the outside of the card, I added a double Linen Thread bow and sprinkled a few Neutral Matte Dots for just the right touch of bling. The cozy plaid background, warm fall colors, and pumpkin spice vibe make this a card that says “hello fall” perfectly.

And check out the inside! I stamped the sentiments in Pecan Pie and Pumpkin Pie Inks. Then I stamped the pie in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it with Pumpkin Pie and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends.

Misty Moonlight – 4-1/4 x 11 score at 5-1/2 (card base) & 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 (for embossing)
Old Olive – 3-1/4 x 4-1/2 (panel) & 2-1/4 x 4-1/2 (for die cutting)
Crumb Cake – 3 x 3 (for die cutting)
Pecan Pie – 3/4 x 1-1/4 (for die cutting)
Basic White – 2 x 5 (for stamping) & 4 x 5-1/4 (inside panel)
Timeless Plaid DSP – 3-1/8 x 4-3/8 & 2-1/2 x 6 (for envelope flap)
