Stampin’ Up! Scalloped Blooms Greeting Card

Today I’m sharing the third and final card in this week’s Card Class Kit To Go featuring the Scalloped Blooms Bundle!

For this card, I went with a soft and elegant color combination of Peaceful Pine and Cloud Cover. However, the real surprise is the beautiful Velvet Meadow Designer Series Paper. It has the most wonderful velvety texture that adds something extra special to this card. Come check out my Scalloped Blooms Greeting card!

Scalloped Blooms Greeting Card Details

I started with a Peaceful Pine card stock base. Then, I layered a beautiful pattern of the Velvet Meadow Designer Series Paper onto the front.

Next, I used the Scalloped Bloom Dies to create several layers. I die cut Velvet Meadow Designer Series Paper along with Peaceful Pine, Cloud Cover, and Basic White card stock. Then, I layered the different scalloped shapes together to create the large focal point. I love how all those scalloped layers work together. The mix of colors, patterns, and textures gives the flower plenty of dimension without making the design feel too busy.

For the sentiment, I die cut Basic White card stock with the label die. Then, I stamped “Have a Good Day” in Peaceful Pine Ink. I adhered the layered Scalloped Blooms to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Next, I tucked the sentiment label underneath the blooms.

To finish the card, I tied a bow with Peaceful Pine Bordered Ribbon. And, of course, every card needs a little bling! I added several 2026–2028 In Color Dots for the perfect finishing touch.

I think this card is a great example of how texture can completely change a design.
